LIVE Surgical Skills Meeting

After the six previous successful courses on September 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021,  2022 and 2023 the Orthopaedic Clinic of Patras University organizes a new 3-day course designed for young orthopaedic surgeons interested in further training and exposure to arthroscopy, knee and shoulder surgery and orthopaedic sports medicine. It includes some theoretical background with short lectures along with surgical practice in the operating room in:

- ACL/PCL reconstruction,

- Dynamic MPFL reconstruction,

- Shoulder instability, mini-open Latarzet procedure

- Rotator cuff surgery

- Ankle arthroscopy, knee cartilage lesions

- Reverse shoulder arthroplasty, 

- Navigated and robotic TKA

Application

Applications for 4 fellows will be open until 23 July 2024. A short lecture in an interest topic must be prepared by the applicants in case of selection. Please send your cv and level of training at andpan21@gmail.com.

 

Fees

No fees are required for this course but the applicants are expected to pay for their travel and accommodation expenses
